1 Introduction & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the ab71 platform and all its services. "Platform" refers to ab71's website, mobile version, and all related services. "User" or "you" refers to any person registered on or using this platform.

• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify ab71's support team immediately.
• ab71 is not liable for any financial loss resulting from unauthorized use of an account, unless it is proven that the fault lies entirely with ab71.
• You may not allow any third party to use your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently supported on ab71:

• bKash — mobile banking service.
• Nagad — mobile financial service by Bangladesh Post Office.
• Rocket — mobile wallet by Dutch-Bangla Bank.
• Upay — mobile payment service.

Minimum deposit: ৳500 (for each method). Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

The name and account used for deposits or withdrawals must match the information registered with ab71. Transactions using third-party accounts are not permitted.

ab71 reserves the right to temporarily hold any transaction for technical reasons or security checks. Additional verification may be required for unusual transactions.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

ab71 provides various promotional offers and bonuses. These bonuses are available under specific terms and conditions.

Welcome Bonus

• 150% bonus on first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus — total balance ৳2,500.
• Example: Deposit ৳28,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳20,000 — total balance ৳48,000.
• Wagering requirement: 10x the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not on deposit + bonus).
• Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

ab71 reserves the right to modify or discontinue bonus offers at any time. The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per account. If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the associated account may be closed.

ab71 holds the right to make the final decision on any bonus dispute.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

ab71 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. Every game is operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures unbiased outcomes.

• The use of any cheat software, bots, or automated methods is strictly prohibited.
• Attempting to earn bonuses or rewards using multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Exploiting any technical error or vulnerability to influence game outcomes is not permitted.
• Colluding with any ab71 employee or representative to gain an unfair advantage is completely prohibited.

If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, ab71 reserves the right to void that transaction and restore the correct balance. No claim from a user will be accepted for an incorrect amount received as a result of a technical error.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited while using the ab71 platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Opening an account or conducting transactions using false, misleading, or unauthorized information.
• Attempting unauthorized access to ab71's servers or network.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Uploading or transmitting any virus, malware, or harmful code to the platform.
• Infringing ab71's intellectual property rights.
• Harassing, threatening, or causing harm to other users.

If any of the above activities are detected, ab71 reserves the right to immediately close the account, confiscate the balance, and take applicable legal action.

8 VIP Program

ab71's VIP Program has four tiers, offering special benefits to regular players. The weekly cashback rates by tier are as follows:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

You can move up to higher VIP tiers through regular activity. ab71 reserves the right to modify the terms of the VIP Program. The final decision on eligibility for a specific tier rests with ab71.

9 Account Closure & Restrictions

ab71 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these Terms is violated.
• If fraudulent activity is detected on the account.
• If information required for account verification is not provided.
• If directed by a court, regulatory body, or law enforcement authority.
• With 30 days' notice, without stating a reason.

Users may also close their own account at any time by notifying ab71's support team. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before account closure, however any active bonuses or promotional credits will be considered void.

10 Privacy & Data Protection
